No refunds. No exchanges. It is against federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, email us photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipt. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you next steps on how to return your items and begin the exchange process.
Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund – and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.All samples are nonrefundable.
If you enter the incorrect mailing address, you need to pay an additional $10 to cover processing expenses before your order is shipped out.Any order returned due to the customer adding the incorrect address will not be refunded or mailed back out without the customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs.
